Marta Dosaiguas Canal (Granollers, 1989) began her musical training at the Escola de Música Amics de la Unió , taking piano and violin lessons. She completed the Intermediate Degree in Piano Performance and later graduated in Piano Pedagogy at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC), where she studied with the renowned pianist Vladislav Bronevetzky . She completed a master’s degree in Musicology and Music Education at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). She later obtained a Degree in Choir Conducting at the ESMUC , where she delved into the art of choral conducting. At the same time, she completed a professional degree in violin performance and culminated her academic career with a Doctorate in Music Education . She currently works as a lecturer in the Department of Didactics of Musical, Plastic and Corporal Expression at the UAB, developing her research in music education and training future music teachers. In the artistic field, she has been recognized in several competitions, highlighting the Best Director Award at the XLVIII Ejea de los Caballeros Choral Competition . Since 2007, she has been part of the teaching team at the Amics de la Unió Music School in Granollers, where she directs the Amics de la Unió Youth Choir .
